DO I NEED TO PAY BEFORE I REGISTER?

Free Agents are assigned to teams based on availability and roster needs. You will be notified once placements are finalized.
I’M A TEAM CAPTAIN— CAN I REGISTER MY PLAYERS?

Yes. Team Captains can register players using the team registration form and list team member names during registration.
WHAT IF I MADE A PAYMENT BUT DIDN’T COMPLETE THE FORM?
Registration is required for team placement. Please complete the registration form as soon as possible.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH TEAM I’M ON?

If you registered as a Free Agent, you will be placed on a team and contacted once placement is confirmed. If you registered with a team, please contact your team captain for confirmation.

DO I NEED TO UPLOAD MY PAYMENT RECEIPT?
No. Uploading a payment receipt is optional and not required.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN THE WAIVER?
Yes. Signing the league waiver is required to participate.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

Players are required to bring: shorts or pants with NO pockets (zippered pockets are allowed if fully zipped) + cleats + gloves + flats. NOTE: Uniforms are at team discretion and are not required by the league.
WHERE ARE GAMES PLAYED?

Games are played at the Quillian Memorial Center and Memorial Park. Addresses for both locations are available on the homepage.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE SCHEDULE?

Schedules are updated weekly on the website under the Schedules + Standings tab.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Refunds are available to Free Agents only and must be requested before the start of the season. Refunds are not permitted once the season begins.
CAN I CHANGE TEAMS AFTER REGISTERING?
If a game is canceled, the same schedule will be replayed the following week.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A GAME IS CANCELLED?
Yes. Team changes are permitted and subject to league approval.
